I was asked to get shots representative of this special day....First services in the new facility. Its really more of an event shoot than up close and personal people/portraits but thought I'd share here (hehe, see, I've been out working :wink). Shot with the 5D, 70-300 IS, 24-105 L, or 17-40 L. Manual, 1250 ISO and around 1/60th second @ f/5.6-6.3. Lots of different light...large windows to boot!

    David,

I think you've captured the character of the new facility. They're excellent photographs. Congratulations on such a beautiful new house of worship!

    Regards,

    Thanks for weighing in
Appreciate it. It was a fun day and quite exciting. Had many to sort through of course. It certainly makes a difference using the 5D will "L" glass, especially with high ISO. They cleaned up real nice. Still need to get Noise Ninja though.mwink.gif

    David,
That FF sure works great for such confined spaces. mwink.gif

Looks like a beautiful new church! I really like the shot "between services" and the one with the song on the screen. They are all nicely lit and crisp. Makes me yearn for better high ISO capabilities! Thanks for sharing!
