Shopping cart submission time out?

Greetings wonderful smugMug support folks,

Probably not an issue, but I had someone email me last night that they had selected quite a few pics into the shopping cart which is always good news! However, upon checking out nothing ever happened and timed out. It had concerned them since they had given the credit card info etc and submitted... I never got a confirmation of the sale and neither did they so my guess is they lost their connection for some reason. It was around 10:pm EST.

I realize that any number of issues on their end could have occured and asked them to try again this evening when they got a chance, but I wanted to pass on the info just in case there was an issue.
