I watched a customer buy a 16x20 print from my site today, around noon time, went throught the checkout process and all. It's now almost 4:30 pm and still haven't gotten the "Who loves ya baby" email yet, and it's not showing in the CP either...anyone know why?

Was it from a pro-priced gallery? It wasn't while you were logged in, was it? Can you give me an order number?

I think I was logged in at the time... I didn't know that would pose a problem. The person didn't print the final page showing the order number...I will look tomorrow to see if it's still in the browser history...if it was cached that is. Do you think the order will still be processed, it appeared on the final page that "Georgia" got the order?

If you were logged in, the order was then at-cost (no profit) and there will be no reporting in your prosales page. Email the help desk, with the email address used on the order, and we can look it up for you.
