I made a photo slideshow in imovie, then selected the share to ipod. Itune opens and then nothing else happens.

I have been trying to figure this out since last night.
I finally call apple, the person had me open imovie go through what I did, and redo the share to ipod and so on.

Nothing! They dont have a clue! I cant believe this Ive been using apple since 1983. Im so mad they couldnt help me.

I also have downloaded a few tv shows , I was told that I have to in itunes convert to ipod. When I do this I get a "unknown error -50". The only thing that did work was a podcast, and music , games.

So I did mention to apple that 3 weeks ago I did update my software. He said there were a few problems with the past updates and redo them . So i updated everything except for quicktime, because it said if I did update I would need to repurchase the program after so many days.

Can anyone help me , IM going crazy over this, and the stress of figuring it out is too much. I might just take this back and forget it.

Im so shocked at apple , this is the first time they coulndt help me.

Thanks for listening

Pamela
EDIT: Ok , I gave in and bought a movie from itunes. It downloaded and is in my itunes movies listing. Now how do I get it in ipod. I tried by going ino ipod movie selections highlighting the movie and then sync, I get that damn same -50 error code.
Thankyou

Pamela

    Thanks David

I finally got this figured out for anyone who might run across this problem.

If you did any itunes updates in the last month or two, they had issues with them, you will need to re- update again.

Also, Itunes and quicktime run together, so you have to have the lastest version of quicktime, if you did update itunes recently.
WARNING : If you have quicktime PRO - and you update , you will have to purchase and new version. Make sure you check this I dont have pro.

    Thanks
