Cropping in ACR 4.0

So I have my crop rectangle set where I want it. In the "Camera Raw" section of Photoshop CS3 Help it says "Click OK to crop the image". I can't see an "OK" button anywhere.

If I hit "Return/Enter" the crop handles disappear and the Zoom tool gets selected, but the crop rectangle is still there and the image remains (visually) uncropped.

If I "Open image" in Photoshop then the crop is applied.

You just crop and type enter key or return and you see the crop outline (masked area too). That's it. If you open the image, it is rendered with that crop. Or you can click on the down arrow in the tool and clear it or set a ratio. Sounds like you're doing everything correctly. There's no OK button.
