Time for a Change? Simplify?

I've had my DSLR for about a year. Been shooting for nearly 30 years. I have:

Rebel XT w/ BG-E3 battery grip
10-22
17-85 IS
50 1.4
50 3.5 macro
85 1.8
70-300
430EX

I shoot mostly my travels and a bit of portrait/special event stuff. It's a lot of weight and choice to haul around. I use the 17-85 90% of the time.

So here's my question: Should I sell off a lot of this (including the EF-S lenses, of course) and get a 5D? I'm beginning to crave a full-size sensor. Were I to do this, would others recommend a 24-70 2.8 or a 24-105 IS? I also want to get a 70-200 f/2.8 IS.

I'd very much appreciate hearing your opinions/experiences. . . . Thanks.

    I would recommend highly
the 5D......you'll be amazed at image quality at higher ISO's and even better at lower.....is a 12.8 MP. The full frame veiwfinder is so awesome. Depending on how far you are away from your subjects...the question of the 24-70 or 28-105 is tough. The 24-70 is an awesome piece of glass. The 28-105 is as well and that "IS" seriously does an amazing job. B&H and other places are selling the 5D and the 24-105 as a kit...best deal going.

That coupled with a few other lens you have and you're set. I do use my 70-300 with the 5D and get wonderful results, even in low light. Here's a shot taken just this Sunday with the 5D and 24-105:
