I read the help section about downloading pictues.It said in order to down load the origanal size photos you must have the correct setting marked in the customize gallery.

I cant figure out which setting.
I hve marked them all each way and still when i put my cursor over an image I do not get the download option.

Are you talking about the "save photo" option as opposed to selling a digital download?

For the "save photo" to pop up, you need to have your gallery set to Originals Yes and Protected No. Both settings are in the security & privacy section of customize gallery.

i see originals but i dont see the word protected anywhere..

Just enable originals - if you are pro level account, you must also make sure protection (right click protection) is disabled.
