    I'm confused.

Had you been forcing the style of the galleries in the customize gallery page?

Or had you just been viewing the galleries in SmugMug via the pull down menu?

If the latter, then you should know that it's cookies-based. IOW, SmugMug assumes that if you want to see one gallery that way, you want to see them all that way. So if you changed it on your site, OR ANY OTHER SITE YOU MAY HAVE VISITED, then the cookie would be changed accordingly.

    Does that make sense?

ALL MY ALBUMS LOOK LIKE THIS ONE NOW!!!

So, when did you guys change this, and how can I bulk change all of these back?
Ouch, I'm very sorry you are so upset. We didn't change anything, Seymore.

Have you got your galleries set the way you want them now? Please let us know if you need help with that, okay?

A fantastic way to bulk change them is to use gallery templates. Also, a super tool is SmugBrowser, the addon for Firefox.

    Thanks.

Andy... Guess I jumped the gun again Andy. Guess I'm coming across as the SM boy who... well, you know. Sorry man...

Looks like it works OK on another backup machine and the box I'm typing on is having some sort of FF and IE issues. Can you point me in the direction/URL for SM cookie removal?

I'll be doing some minor maint this evening and seeing if I can get back on a level playing field.

    Thanks again Andy...
    Sure thing:

To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 7, click on "Tools". It's in the top right corner of the browser. Then select "Internet Options". That's going to open a new window with some options. Make sure that the "General" tab is selected. Then click on "Delete..." under the Browsing History section. That will bring up another window. Locate the "Delete Files..." button and click on that.
