what a difference cropping makes! but does it have a blurry look to it?

    Yeah...not too sharp. I don't think USM is going to help it...looks like either focus or cam movement. Too bad, cuz the bird is cool looking.

    The head seems to be much better, but the blur gets worse down the end of it's beak. What kind of bird is that btw?

    Yeah, I think I'll scrap it. It was a Pelican. I'll try again another day...
