Can you try some new uploaders?

New uploaders
generally do like the new uploader window but...

would much prefer not to have to wait for loads of thumbs to load before being able to upload them!

ps and ..boo hoo.. I liked the old brushed Alu loading progress window!

( some people eh? You can never please 'em! )

Simon, go to your "new in" gallery and click add photos.

Then on this url (example)

http://upload.smugmug.com/photos/add.mg?AlbumID=XXXXXX&applet=9

change that "9" at the end to a "7" and hit enter.

Have a play....

I, cough, actually broke #7 so it's barely functional, but I have a fix tee'd up for tomorrow (Thursday the 13th of September).

erm.. that went wierd, it wasn't what I had before , this time I got a split pane whereas before I had tabs to either D+D or go to Folders

I much perfer to D+D my pics because what I tend to do is select pics in Bridge, assinging stars etc having checked for tech quality, artyfarty quality etc, use filering to isolated the ones I want and then D+D into the upload window.

If I have to use folders I have the extra step (or three) of having to create a folder for them then move them in there ( wich means duping otherwise I forget where the originals are) before uploading

I was only showing you the different choices

You can still drag and drop to any of these uploaders, Simon Please play around with them and try them out fully

EDIT: Oops - I forgot that #7 was temporarily busted right now - Baldy's fixing it as he said just above. Sorry for that confusion.
