Are Facebook and SmugMug snuggling up?

I was pleasantly surprised at how Facebook retrieved info from the smugmug site when I posted a gallery URL in a message to one of my friends...
I simply copied the URL into the message, and Facebook instantly fetched a thumbnail of the featured image, the gallery title and even the gallery description... It plopped them into a neat little box at the bottom of my message with links... It even said "powered by SmugMug"!
Is this a case of SmugMug collaborating with Facebook? Or just Facebook taking the iniative and trying to be nice? I noticed the same thing a few weeks back when I did something similar with a link from Last.FM...

Is it this? http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=64374
We don't have a partnership with Facebook that I know of, but we're seeing a lot of activity around our API, so hopefully good things like this will keep surprising us.
