Kudos to SmugMug print packaging

My aunt had ordered prints, and they didn't arrive for over two weeks. Turns out they were delivered to the wrong door in her residence. I got this email today:

and just in case you were wondering.... photos that come in the mail and are delivered to the "wrong" door can last outside through some pretty wicked storms for at least a week!
