Display Problems with IE7 and Norton

I have a friend in our club that has IE7 and Norton. When they look at our club smugmug site it displays with a white backgrund when it should be black. Also, when they arrive at a gallery page there are no pictures only boxes outlined in blue. All their IE settings look good on their computer and I have visited the gallery on my computer with the same settings and it works just fine. I am at a lose. Any ideas. The site is occ.smugmug.com.

    Hi grumpyguy, and welcome wave.gif

Sorry your friend is having troubles! Norton can be so troublesome :pissed

Tell your friend to check that Norton shows SmugMug as "allowed" - in otherwords, that we're not a blocked site. IE security should be at "Default" level as well.

Otherwise, have your friend write us at our help desk - and we'll help them sort it out. http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal

    Thanks Andy,

I will talk to them and check out these settings. By the way, the pictures on the home pages to choose the galleries display ok (except for the background color). The problem occurs when you get to the actual gallery.
