Multiple sub galleries is it possible?

I want to have a main gallery of "Airshows" and then under that gallery there would be sub galleries of all the airshows I've taken pictures of. I have 2 airshows coming up so I'll have 3 galleries that I want nested under the main airshow page.

Please tell me this is possible.

Thanks in advance.

You'll want to use Categories instead of Galleries. You can then have a main Category of "Airshows" and then multiple Galleries within this one Category. On your homepage you should have an option of viewing by gallery or by category.

Trasmc is right that you will want to have a category of Airshows, and then you can have galleries within the Airshows category. That will work if you want only one gallery for each airshow. If you need multiple galleries for each airshow, you may also want to use subcategories.

    You could have
    --- category Airshows
    .... subcategory airshow1
    ... gallery for day 1
    ... gallery for day 2
    .... subcategory airshow2
    etc.

You can look at my Travel category for an example.

Thanks for the info. I just need to figure out how you get a main gallery page, like I currently have now just with all the categories instead of the individual galleries.

On your galleries page, look to the upper right corner. It should show two options, display: categories . galleries. Right now you probably have it set to galleries. Click on categories to switch the view to categories instead.
