I am late processing these but I thought they might be worth sharing.

We actually started out in the Mt. Baker area. We stopped on the way up Mt. Baker to take a photo looking back at Mt. Sushkan.

We also drove up a road that you can't actually drive up. I took this one after we nearly didn't get turned around. (Mt. Baker)

We then went into the national park. A few hikes, one led us to this still frozen lake. Wow were the mosquitos bad, but it looks so serene right?

On the way back from the lake I wanted to stop to take a few more photos, but my family wouldn't wait for me because the mosqitos were attaching. Needless to say the tripod was not feasible.

We camped on the east side of the park the second night. The campground had signs warning that the deer would attack your dog. Seriously.

Early the next morning we got to the viewpoint in time to see the moon over the mountain. I believe this particular peak is called "liberty bell".

And just my favorite photo from the trip ....
