Just got back fromy Philly last week...here are a couple of my favorite.

More on my website. This is probably my first real trip with an SLR. Now I just need to go to a more exotic location.

Really nice! My favorite is #8. On #3, the horizon looks crooked. # 6 the crop is off center - it would be stunning centered!

My wife's from Philly and I've spent the last 30 years being dragged back there. You make it appear much more interesting, maybe because these are not movies headscratch.gif
My favorite is no.4 Franklin Field. Great lens choice and decision to go B&W. Maybe a touch more contrast would improve it.

    I miss Philly...

Your pictures just reminded me how much I miss it. There are some beautiful locations in and around the city. I lived there for two years but unfortunately didn't have an SLR at that point. Manayunk is a great place to party as well as Conshohocken...towards King of Prussia.

Nice Pictures...the older buildings make for great B&W's

Grew up loving Philly even though I'm from Toronto. Can't quite explain it however. headscratch.gif Perhaps it was the rap in the early to mid eighties that did it. Now I can't help but cheer for everyone of that cities sport's teams. And with that said, go Eagles! :D

Thanks for these shots. Really nice collection.
