Just an fyi - as was the case early last week, I am again having issues with the Control panel page not loading. It takes about 2 minutes to load. As with early last week, my gallery pages are fine as are other internet sites - but repeated attempts to get to control panel all produce the same slow results. Contacted the help desk - just wanted to let people know in case they are having similar problems.

Thanks,

John

My Control Panel is not fixed yet.

I've been trying to access it all day and have not gotten in once. I needed to set up a vanity url for a client so they could publish it on their website with my photos for some post sales.

I had to deliver without it as I ran out of time.

    Frustrated.

Oh I'm so sorry - you can always get to that url, I wish you'd have asked - we can give you the direct URL, bypassing the CP:

    Control panel is still slow.

    Andy,

It is 10:58 PM in Western NY and the control panel is still barely alive. It takes many minutes to open and then only part of the stats show up.

I still cannot access my control panel this morning. The page just times out with an error loading the page message.

Hi, I've just tried and got right in. Can you let us know again?

Thanks Andy. That would have been helpful. I was thinking the page was down so a direct URL would not have worked either. I'll keep it in mind if I run into something like this in the future.

    cheers,
    Trish

The very cool SmugManager Firefox Addon by Javier has that link (and many others) built-in :)

    Andy,

Mine is working fine this morning. Any feedback from the engineers on what the problem is/was? Or did it just go away on it's own like last week?

    Thanks,

    John

It does not go away on it's own - there's sorcery involved for sure :)

I know that Onethumb and Wireless are doing some things to make it more reliable - but exactly what, I don't know.

Sorry again for the temporary hassle last night.
