I also like the changes but yesterday I received a call from a customer who had tried to place an order, she had entered her credit card info and it locked up on Step 3 of 4: choose shipping
She was pretty frustrated so I took her order over the phone and had it processed here in the area. She will have the photos in hand this evening. Have you seen this glitch before? (she said that her computer didn't lock up, it was the SmugMug site that locked up for her)

I'm sorry for the trouble! Our printing partner actually checks the
shipping address and serves up shipping options and prices in step 3 of
the ordering process. They were having a technical problem earlier
today, but it should be resolved now.
Please use the "previous" button in your shopping cart (not your
browser's back button) to go back to step 2 of the ordering process.
Take a careful look at your billing and shipping info, making sure
everything is filled in correctly and that there are no characters like
& or ' or - included. Then, please use the "next" button in the
shopping cart to proceed to step 3.
It's pretty uncommon for this to happen - still, we don't like it and we're taking steps to stop it from happening, ever.
