how do I title my photos?

I know how to put captions and keywords in, but how do I make a title show up under my photo instead of the file name?
I'm using the smugbrowser to upload my photos.

    The file name shows because the caption is blank. Go under the tools
    dropdown and use bulk update caption/keywords after upload.
