Plug ins

Hi all.

I just d/l some plugins for PSP7. How do I attach them to PSP7? I went into the help section, and it said I have to go to my Plug-In Filters Preference Tab, but I can't for the life of me figure out where that is. :huh

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D
