First Photo Only Issue?

For the second time in as many months one of my clients has said when they attempt to add a picture to their cart, SM only shows the first picture in the gallery. This occurs no matter what picture they select.

I have been unable to recreate this, but the complaints are identical so I suspect they have merit.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here?

What gallery are they buying from? We'll surely try and replicate - but we've not heard this from anyone else.

Most recently from the gallery 'Z. Dorsey', previously from the gallery K. Reichardt.

Hi Ken,

They can add one photo at a time via "buy this photo" or multiples at once, via "buy multiple photos." I'm guessing they have hit "buy this photo" and then have sort of stopped. If they click "back to gallery" they can add more, one-at-a-time, or again they can choose buy multiples.

The purchasing function is working fine on your site.

I noticed that you lose the photo from the cart if you don't enter a
quantity, easy to do when going back to gallery for more. Maybe popup
when clicking "back to gallery" to remind them photo not added to cart.

Tonight I went to my client's home to see the issue for myself. And lo and behold, everything was working fine.

But I believe there is actually something to this issue, as both of my clients are computer saavy and tried many times to purchase their photos. If/when it comes up again, I will report back.
