smugmug.users.getTransferStats not returning a response

I might be doing something brain-dead here, but my query looks like this:
http://api.smugmug.com/hack/rest/1.2.0/method=smugmug.users.getTransferStats&APIKey=MY_API_KEY&SessionID=a809b7cbf83968bc1a806ccca1b7f53d&Month=8&Year=2007

and I'm not getting any response back from the server. When I run my Java code it actually blocks for 6-10 seconds before exiting with no reply, but using the same URL in Firefox or IE fails immediately with page not found.

Any help would be much appreciated.
