Not For Profit Org

I have a friend who may be interested in setting up a pro SmugMug account for the benefit of a not for profit organization. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there anything special that she will need to do?

She would like to have control over the site herself, but would like payments to be made exclusively to the not for profit organization.

I'd appreciate you can give me on special problems this might raise, if any.
