My poor Buddy

Poory Pettie my bestest Buddy had to be taken to the Vet this morning.
He has a urinary tract blockage which he had about 6-7 yrs ago.
He is 11yrs old and I dunno if He is gonna pull threw this time. :cry

He has been a real pal and I'd hate to lose Him.
Vet is gonna give me a update tomorrow....just hope it's good news.

    I'm so sorry! I hope he's going to be okay. He's lucky to have such a great owner. Beautiful cat.

    Oh noo, i'm so sorry and i'll be keeping my paws crossed for you and your pal. I hope everything turns out OK. Cat are prone to UTI's and it's very common. Keep us updated!

    He looks like a real sweetie. I hope all goes well. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and I know how I'd be feeling.

    Vet just called......Pettie has been Catheterized for 24hrs.
    Some black junk was blocking Him and they have never seen anything like it before. eek7.gifheadscratch.gif
    He is trying to P on his own but trickles out.....may hafta re Cath Him to free him up a lil more.
    Looks like He will make it......He is real healthy for His age.

    I'll know more about His situation tomorrow.

    One of my cats had urinary blockade few times.
    Bad thing for him and for us too.
    Probably will be sick again,
    but there is one important prevention advice:
    high quality cat food.
    It really worls.
