From Clingman's Dome

Not a really great sunset, as the sun dropped behind clouds before it really sat, but I got this before it went down under cover. I used a variable ND filter, 3 stops to increase forground visibility and to overcome harshness of sun. I think the tall grass adds a nice element, your thoughts? Anyway, I find it a soothing image.

    Exactly how it looks...
    ... when it's not raining.:D Seems like everytime I go up there I get rained on, even when it dry down below.

    Great view of the Smokies though.

    Oh, it had rained that day, not much probably, but a bit that afternoon. But the whole area is in a serious drought.
