Image Too Small To Print

My friend e-mailed two photos to me, which I saved to one of my SmugMug galleries. When I moved the two photos into my cart to purchase them, I got a message that said "image too small to print." One photo is 71KB and the other is 114KB. I just wanted to have 4x6 prints made of them.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this problem?

The size has to do with the resolution, not with the amount of bytes used to store the image.

We have minimums that can be found here.

The minimums are hard minimums, and there is no way around it. The only way to get prints, is to obtain higher resolution images. I'm sorry.
