Using Printed Photo Books as Proof Books

Hi there,

I'm about to deliver the final images for my 4th paid wedding to date, and up until now I've used a set of 4X6's for proofs. A friend of mine ordered a 'photo book' from Winkflash (I think) for some pictures of a trip, and it looked pretty good. I'm thinking of trying this out to deliver proofs, since you can control how many images are on each page, etc.; I can give some of the finer images more emphasis by making them larger on the page, or even full-page.

Since smug mug does not offer any photo books, can anyone recommend an alternative? I'm most interested in your opinions on image quality, page quality, and a quick and flexible UI for designing the pages. I'm not really concerned with a quality cover as I don't want the new couple foregoing an album order because they are satisfied with the proof book...

Thanks,
Scott
