Good Morning to all;
I was out shooting the eclipse with my Alpha 100, and after the full eclipse I was trying to get more shots of the faint red moon. I found this image on a jpeg, as I snapped the remote, I did see a tiny red dot next to the moon. This is what I captured. Can anybody tell me what this is?DSC00568.jpg wait is is in the RAW file.

    It an aircraft...you can see the port & starboard lights have flashed at intervals. It appears to be a streak as it moved across as the shutter was opened for a longish period.

    Yuppers it's a plane. I go out at night and get those shots on purpose.
    You should see the Space Shuttle and the ISS when they go over.
    Looks the same without the blinking lights.

    PS: I came in here for the express reason of seeing the moon shot of the Eclipse since I didn't get to see it this morning.
    Enjoy your life, it's the only one you get.
