I shoot at a dozen schools in the fall, and I want to track sales by school, which is to say by gallery. Smugmug sends individual sales emails, and lumps all sales together in the cumulative sales report. How can I segregate my sales by school???

Seeing as this is a smugmug specific question I have moved it to the smugmug pro specific thread for you. This should help you get better, faster replies.

Go into your control panel and click "sales details". At the top click "download".
The Excell file will have a column for image. Just sort that column and you'll
then have it sorted by gallery.

question #2 on tracking sales by gallery
This may be elementary, but as I am not up to speed with using Excel for tracking sales ..... How do I limit that download of sales details from Smugmug to just sales going forward from today? I don't want to see all of last year's information, just new sales. Thanks very much!

You can't limit the download but you can sort or eliminate within Excel - there's a date column, so just trash or ignore what you don't want?
