Hi you'll,

While hanging out in a swamp I see stuff that reminds of my days driving in NYC.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Nice shot of those dirty NYC boids. I remember that day, I still get the chills when I think about it. Notice how I took my glove off to get that shot. Talk about dedication. mwink.gif

It hit 80 degrees today, I BBQed some chicken for dinner. binge.gif Hows the weather in NYC?:grim

Andy and Harry, great shots as usual. Harry, I like your branching out to flocks of birds. They are eye candy! And more

Also, I like the way you two talk back and forth. It must have been fun watching you two work together.

They are all very good Harry thumb.gifthumb.gif I like the flock of flying birds best. Man, you are getting super shots on a daily basis. You obviously have too much time on your hands.....lol

Maybe you need to visit the Great White North :lol You know, up yonder where it takes 15 minutes to get dressed just to walk out to the mailbox?....lol On second thought, BBQ'd chicken, 80 degree weather and all the boids you can shoot sounds much better. Poor Andy :uhoh I got chilled from looking at his seagulls in the snow.

    Thanks for sharing,

Harry: Very cool pictures and I love the "traffic" story. I grew up in NYC, first learned to drive there... trust me... NYC traffic has nothing on LA's traffic these days. YIKES!

All beautiful shots. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, hey what is that bird in #3? The pink one with the flattened beak?

    Hiya Ginger,

Flocks are sooo hard to shoot. I have aken a number of them and this is one of the few that I've liked.

It would have been hard to see Andy and I work together. I usually worked while Andy gnawed on ribs and drank lattes. rolleyes1.gif

    Hey Steve,

Thanks Steve. These are shots from last weekend's outing with the Nikonians. I ended up with 1400+ shots to cull and process. Right now I don't have too much time on my hands. :cry

Visit the Northwest? Nah! I feel for those poor seagulls. :D

Good hearing from you. I agree about LA's traffic I visited there a few years ago and wow that is one crazy place.
