Short visit to the Alligator Farm
While in Jacksonville I was planning to get to the Alligator Farm just when they open, but I didn't make it until noon, so, as you may see, I had to deal with harsh lighting. I've got to plan better next trip to Jacksonville.
and clearly you've got to have at least one photo taken of an alligator.

I agree with all the above, those are beautiful shots. That gator doesn't look too pleased with the dragonfly!

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
that light can get real harsh. Been there done that. But shootable

Thanks, Dee. At first I thought there was something wrong with its eye, when I realized that it was actually a Dragonfly.

Thanks, Harry. I'm sure you also know how it feels to shoot with an heat index of 106 F.
