Favorite Album / book printing companies

I have had some books printed to see what I like. So far I have ordered from Mpix, Blurb, and costco. I am looking at Conerstone for an order also but the layout is a little interesting.

What companies are people here using? I would like to have a couple of options for clients based on their price point.
