Help regarding giving away copyright..

Hi,
I have a shoot tomorrow and the client is asking for copyright ownership.
I've worked with the client in the past, and all copyrights were my companies; Now she indicated she wants the copyright.
I'm uncomfortable giving away the copyright on my images, however they are of the subject, and it is her vision we are shooting.
What would you do, and is it really a big deal

Just make sure your being compensated accordingly.
