    Well, if I were the heron, I'd be upset. Here he is getting all prepared for a nice shot and all you do is take pics of him preening away. rolleyes1.gifNice series and extra kudos for shooting these from a kayak!

    I couldn't believe how close I got to it. It definetly noticed me. When I pulled up into the slough, it made its way from the bank. Then, it hopped up on this tree branch that strattled the slough. I took some shots and kept paddling closer. It would look at me and then keep preening. Move closer, same thing. Just wish I had a better lens, but I am not at that point yet on my kayak. Would rather lose the camera than lens.
