IMHO, the pole dancer is not off theme. The child 's part in developing the theme eludes me, though.
Technically, the zebra pattern on the chair in the background distracts. In fact, the background overall doesn't add to the photo. Guess I would rather see the woman in a bar setting, or lit as though she were performing.
I think overall that you are working on an interesting idea that is very different from what we have seen so far. Kudos for thinking outside the box.

Well Felicia....hmmmm Machine....I guess you could say she is a
"LOVE MACHINE"......:D
I agree though the chair in the b/g is distracting, and I have no idea what the little one is doing in this photo??
You're only as good as your next photo....

Thanks, guys, for your helpful feedback! You've encouraged me to REALLY push myself and launch into undiscovered territory with PS. This is my new entry
I'm really happy with it even if it doesn't fare well in the judging. I'm digging the LPS! I've learned soooo much by stepping up and pushing myself.

Felicia very nice photo, but one thing that gets me, if you have the blur of motion in the background, note the girls hair, STABLE, no movement, just hanging down. Putting a fan to blow the hair to give it the "look" of movement might be an option next shoot, or adding a touch of Motion blur to her hair would increase the effect.
Nice clarity on her and detail
PS: Sorry Felicia, mean't to post this in evolution thread...

So it fits the theme...........
not exactly sure what the child would have to do here though. Perhaps you could reshoot it and show us some different versions.
