I think I would desaturate the blue in the shadow on the bird and where it bled over into the white.
thanks Ric you know you are right and I did not even see it to the degree it is until you said something and i blew it up a bit and I would but do not know how ?? it also has a dust bunny i missed I will go back and look at the raw shot maybe i did it in the ps work ,I did try to put a better blue in the sky thanks

Check the original...and see if you added the blue by working on the sky. If so, then just select the sky and leave the bird out. Use the magic wand tool for the mask selecting the sky...making sure the borders do not infringe on the bird. Also, feather the mask so there is not a distinct border. There are other ways of doing this...this is just my way.
Now, if the original has too much blue in the shadows, just mask the bird with the freehand mask tool. Be careful where the shadow touches the sky. Since the bird is white, once you mask it, just desaturate since the white is not a color and will not change.
