Owego NY Art

Got these today when I went to Owego to plod around for a few shots.
I thought these were way kewl! :thumb

Top floor of a old building probably not liveable so someone got creative with the boarded up windows.
Ground level is a bar that's been there for YEARS!
Quite the artist I'd say! :bow
