Interview with Joe Demb - what do you want asked?

Hi folks,
For our next issue of the PBase Magazine, we are doing an interview with Joe Demb, who sells the excellent Demb Diffuser products (http://www.dembflashproducts.com/).
I personally own the demb diffuser pro and love it. However, my knowledge of flash products is minimal, since I only use it for photographing my infant son.
So this is a call to all those who are knowledgeable about flash/diffusers/whitecards and who may have question on Joe's products - so we can add them to the interview.
