Went to the Omnimax Theater to see movie Forces of Nature it was very cool
Actually I haven't seen a show there I didn't like.
The screen at this theater is a 72 ft. tilted round dome so you get a huge field of view.
It's like being in the movie really feels weird sometimes.

Anyway got to shoot out in the lobby of the terminal.
I will have to go back I didn't get to shoot all I wanted.

Excellent series of pic. I've shot in Union Station, D.C. and Grand Central in NYC and those old terminals have a feel that can't be duplicated. Good work.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

It's a beautiful terminal, very good example of art deco (I hope I got the style right!)

Greg I tried to do just that with the banner and made a mess of it.
The inside of those Terminals are cool they have a feel that you just cannot describe.
When it's full of kids the background noise gets extreamly loud.
My grandpa worked here as a maintenance man.
When I was very young, my grandma would tell me all the time that grandpa would fix that big clock....
that has story always stuck with me.
Dee you are right on Art Deco

is nice in that it incorprates the artists of the WPA as well as the building.
During the WPA era, jobs often hired artists to document construction in
addition to decorating structures. This series is a nice example of that.
