    Acab,
Glad to have met you! I'm sure you had a great time covering the races with Joe...he's "good people" as they say and knows his way around the tracks very well. I'd like to see your work, so start a little thread when you have them ready!

    Harleypugs,
None of that kind of talk now rolleyes1.gif...Photoshop shenanigans are not allowed in this studio! As for what I'm using; Canon gear with the 400 2.8 mostly (great lens I must say!)

    Photocat,
Your comments mean that much more if you're not even a racing fan!! Thank you for the reply :photo

    Harveymushman,
Good to see you again Tim and I'll look forward to seeing your new work!

Thanks for taking the time to respond everyone...I appreciate it very muchiloveyou.gif

Well, I hate to say it, but the colours/saturation are really waaay off here Chris. I have looked on windoze machines and different gammas but things look a bit orf. The Zemke shot is nice, and the most accurate colourwise - but the rest are a little odd looking.

It was nice seeing you btw!

    Thanks Andrew...that was rather embarrassing!

I had made some changes to my editing monitor about a week ago and forgot all about it until I checked these out from my office monitors.
A couple other members from a different forum made the same comment and when I saw the colors for myself, I thought "what in the H3LL" headscratch.gif
The part that through me off the most was seeing them on a white background in the other forum which made the colors look different yet again!!
I made some adjustments and they should look at least a little better than earlier this evening.

    I hate when that happens...

They're all great but I really love the eyes in #2 and the wheelie shot in #4.

1, 2, 4, and 9 really stand out for me. The others are the typical perfectly panned shot with lots of color - maybe I'm getting used to see such great stuff from you, and Andrew, and others. #1 almost looks like an HDR. Love the concentration in #2. #4 is an angle you never see, and #9 is very interesting compositionally. So jealous - only been to the track twice this summer.
