Today with the warm weather and everything melting it was slush mud and ice but still very nice to be out with my daughter.

While I held the Husky my daughter held the Maltese.
Husky is clean while the Maltese is... A mop head lol:rofl

Yes depending on its aspect to the sun the "white road" is snow , or ice or mud or muddy red shale. Mighty slick walking, usually it was better to go off piste:D
Under the water my daughter and dog are walking on is a pure sheet of ice.

Love the little dog! I have a 6 lb yorkie in addition to my Corgis. Little dogs and big dogs seem to go together.

Your daughter is pretty. Nice to have a good day for a walk. Do you two have spikes on your boots? Or are you just used to slipping around?

You and Humungus and the other warm weather folk are funny!!!!!:):

When you grow up here, you just know how to balance on slippery walks! We still have 6 inches to get rid of!

    ann

    And PS, Tim, great shot!

G'day anne ..Im just amazed that people can live in such cold...prob no diff to our hot weather.

I have family that have lived up in the yukon for maybe 20 odd years...they talk about it & it just cant sink in with me. I really should get over there to visit.

That is a very clean sharp photo ...

We don't get such extremes here, but I prefer the cold to the heat. It's all about insulation :D
