No, I'm sorry, that's a Pro feature on SmugMug. And even then, not everyone gets it right :D We get very few returns, but out of our returns, 9 out of 10 are True Color prints.

Our Auto Color is nothing short of amazing, read more about it here:

    and here

We even feature the software engine behind our Auto Color in our ClubSmug:

    http://www.smugmug.com/clubsmug - look for i2e there.

    thanks, Andy.

actually i believe i've gotten it right and smugmug got it wrong. but i'm talking about brightness.

i calibrated my monitor with a One-Eye calibrator and even printed off your calibration prints (and others) and got brightness fine-tuned.

when i print in auto color, they come out too light. when i print true color they come out exactly as i see them on the screen.

it would be wonderful if there were a way for power users to specify "true" for their site, otherwise i have to tell everybody to make sure they use "true".

    thanks.

Hi Again Bob wave.gif we emailed a lot on the help desk today, too :D

I wish I had a better answer for you on that, but all I can say is that our Pro offering allows it ...
