fantastic shot, I love the texture and color of the cat and the nice DOF.....perhaps the snow is a bit blown out in the bottom left? I dunno how to fix it though. :uhoh

oh windoze. my my my my. i've been staring at this image for about 15 minutes while i was on the phone. that's absolutely spectacular. NG quality stuff. really.
For those of you who have been reading my rants on eyes...that's what makes this image. it's the eyes. it's all about the eyes. and ribs. ribs and garlic mashed potatoes. with fresh hot sourdough bread. and beans, can't forget the ranch beans. :giggle

I think you got this one in the eyes. Good focus on the eyes. Nice background
too. About the only change I'd make would be to the lower left of the picture.
Nice work!

Wowzers, what a beautiful cat! I as well get sucked into those eyes. I agree that the snow may be blown out a bit...but I think I like it better than the edited version. Maybe if you just toned the snow down a bit but didn't take it completely away? The neutral background around his chin/chest doesn't cut it for me (but that just MY opinion).
Great work!

i wish i knew better how to correct it, but im heavily mentally challenged.... its a miracle i can even focus, recompose and shoot ( i get a headache just thinking about it ) but THANX for the nice words!!
