question about w-9 for smugmug

im about to send in the w-9 i need to get paid out on smugmug and have a couple questions

do I check the "exempt from backup withholding" box?

and on part one I dont need a employer ID number, right? just my SSN?

    I cannot answer your first question, only you or your tax adviser can answer that :)
    The second question, your SSN will do just fine.
