Look what hubby bought for me yesterday!!!
A Canon 40D and a 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS lens!!!
Hubby took my pic for me
Wow! Let me tell ya! The pictures taken with this camera are AWESOME!
And at ISO 800...OMG! Unbelievable! At ISO 800 on my 350D the images would be hardly useable unless you converted them to B&W to disguise the noise!
EVERYTHING is better on this camera! The clarity, the dof, the colours, the higher ISO's...WOW!
I LOVE my 40D!!!
Here are a couple of quick snaps I took today.
50mm f1.8 MKII lens, window light only
Manual Mode, ISO 800, f/4.0, SS 1/125
Minimal editing, to contrast and colours.

My cam is set to raw and jpeg. So, I just edited the jpegs.
And yes that's correct Adobe doesn't support the 40D's raw format at the moment. However, I have heard that you can use dng converter http://www.adobe.com/products/dng/

Where are all the lenses????
I've only got 3 lenses. Maybe I should get 5 more. One for each of my kids.
Heck, maybe I should get 6 more camera's while I am at it
I think I should use that as one of my signature links.
children are the salt of the earth.
