Hi Everyone,
Well it was a great morning at the lakes. The birds are definitely on their way back.
I saw a Kingfisher and a Bald Eagle this morning. I didn't get a shot of the eagle
because he was circling realy high. I love it when the eagles come around, every bird
on the whole lake goes crazy, not a single one stays on the water. They fly around like
they are on acid, I'm surprised they don't run into each other. Then all you have to do
is look up and there is the eagle. It is great !!
The Osprey came around very early this morning and then disappeared.
Anyway, here are a few shots from earlier today (Saturday).

Hi Stephen, Thanks for the comments. I really liked #8, it reminded me of a Klingon War Bird, .

Hi Dave, Thanks for looking. That little minnow he caught took a lot of work, almost didn't seem worth it.

Hi Cap, You gotta love it when one bird (an eagle) flying 500 yards off the water can cause absolute havoc with hundreds and hundreds of birds. I wish I had a movie camera, it is insane to watch.. like they are all caught up in a tornado, flying everywhere, totally erratic. It reminds me of Hitchcock's "The Birds".

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Hi Socrate, Thanks for viewing. This guy really liked to pose. Around here there are several GBH's that chase each other all over. The low flight shots are when they are being chased, they like to hug the water. Fun to watch too.
