    My heart is breaking. Hepatitis C kllled my 34 year old son in 1995 and that story brings it all back.

    Thanks for finding that link... so moving! unbelievable!! My mother died of cancer, and i was there holding her hand as she went... no one should have to go through that, least of all a mother!!... God bless her!

    Wow, what a story. It's really sad, and pictures tell it all. Very sad and powerful indeed.

    So sad. I too have lost several family members to cancer.

    when a patient comes in for an ultrasound, I'll get around to talking to them about their family-

    there are more than you could imagine who have lost a son or a daughter-

    and there are probably many around us who have or are going through this type of hell on earth that you saw in the photo story-

    pray that if you come across someone who is dealing with any of these tragedies that you can somehow help them-
