Ordering broken?

Trying to place an order but the screen won't progress beyond the shipping choice selection. All it shows is a radio button, and then "to ($USD)." There are no shipping options to select from and when I click "next," the page hangs up and returns to this faux-shipping page.

The order consists of 4 prints and 2 mounted canvasses.

Suggestions?

    I'm sorry for the trouble! Our printing partner actually checks the
    shipping address and serves up shipping options and prices in step 3 of
    the ordering process.

    Please use the "previous" button in your shopping cart (not your
    browser's back button) to go back to step 2 of the ordering process.
    Take a careful look at your billing and shipping info, making sure
    everything is filled in correctly and that there are no characters like
    & or ' or - included. Then, please use the "next" button in the
    shopping cart to proceed to step 3.

    Everything was correct, but it took four tries to get beyond that page. This is the first time I've tried to order in a while but hopefully this is not indicative of how the ordering process usually works. If so, you might want to streamline the connection between SM and your fulfiller.

    A follow-up: great (and timely) response from the Help desk, but somewhere the ball got dropped. The order arrived today missing 5 of the 7 pieces. SM shows the whole order as having been shipped, FedEx had a record of only one box, and the insert in the box showed an order for only 2 canvasses (instead of the order confirmation I received from SM which showed the 2 canvasses and 5 prints). I really hope this is aberration.... I have already e-mailed Help.
