Real nice work as always! Really like your first shot. When FH is played on turf, it really speeds up the game--and makes for better action shots.

If you don't mind me asking--your shots have a touch of an appearance that I sometimes notice when I've run my high ISO shots the through a noise reducer like NeatImage. Also, the second to last shot seems to have a bit of a roughness to the grain. Did you do something different in PP this time?

PS: Please keep posting FH whenever you have a chance. I'll be at my daughters' games this season and your shots always give me new ideas for improving my work...
    Regards

    Will

Thanks Will, The last 2 were shot with the D50 sigma 70-300 4-5.6 perhaps that is the difference-- the rest were with D2H 120-300 2.8 sigma , ran these with USM

Ah man! That first shot is just awesome. I would not want to go up against that young lady. Talk about intimidating. eek7.gif

I'm not aware of any field hockey being played around here, but now I've got to go in search of a game.
