"Error: Stream had too few bytes"

Okay, like the SmugMug uploader (mac) but I get this message upon every launch. Ideas?

MacBook Pro, 10.4.10 2GB ram

    Hi Pindy, try deleting the com.smugmug.uploader.plist file, and then starting the MacDaddy again. You do have v3 of the Mac uploader, yes?

    Hmm, still did it. Going to try it again and restart this time.
